Our Coffee

Just 70 km North from the outskirts of Kathmandu, we cultivate our 100% Caturra and Yellow Catura (Arabica) coffee beans at an elevation of 2400 feet above sea level. Our coffee farmers gratefully utilize the pristine mineral-enriched waters flowing down from the snow-fed Ganesh Himal for all production processes including field irrigation, wet-washing of the harvested cherries and removal of parchments. The resulting coffee beans bring a clean organic taste to the exclusive coffee experience.

Our coffee beans are carefully shade grown, washed (wet processed with snow-fed glacier water), sun-dried, hand sorted and are also certified annually as organic products by the USDA organics and European Organic standards for the past 12 years.

Each batch of our green coffee beans is passionately sourced in the most sustainable, socially-supportive and environment-friendly manner from our own farm located at the foothills of Nepal. We roast our beans in-house with utmost love and care to bring out the uniquely fruity, floral and sweet taste that is characteristic to every cup of coffee.
